The LF3800 and LF3900 ranges, with an all stainless steel construction, are designed to convey fluids in aggressive environments for numerous applications: food industry, chemicals, medical… Body and sub-bases in AISI 316L, FKM seals. Body and subbase in AISI 316L. Collet in 316L ( LF 3900) or 303 (LF 3800) Vacuum capability 99%, working pressure up to 30 bar, working temperature from -20°C to +120°C, for use with all types of calibrated plastic tubing.

LF6000 COMPOSITE BODY, ANTI-SPARK

LF 6000 fittings conform to UL94 VO requirements. They are designed for use with compressed air or for cooling circuits on equipment that is likely to be submitted to the projection of sparks. Vacuum capability, working pressure up to 145 psi (10 bar), working temperature from 32°F to +140°F, with UL94 VO nylon or polyurethane tubing.

LF6100 BRASS FITTINGS FOR LUBRICATION

The brass LF 6100 family features double sealing and a secure disconnection design. The family has a working pressure of up to 870psi (60 bar). Working temperatures from -40°F to +250°F, making this range ideal for lubrication systems or circuits that require a focus on safety.

MANUALLY OPERATED VALVES

Legris' three different types of manually operated valves include: Manual switch operated vent fittings for frequent venting, mini ball valves with in-line opening and closing functionality, and pneumatic slide valves to provide for immediate isolation of the airline by venting the circuit.

SHUT-OFF FITTINGS

Legris offers two types of shut-off fittings: Legris high performance non-return valves are very compact and allow air to pass in one direction whilst blocking flow in the other direction. They are also designed to block fluid flow in any direction when the differential of pressure is very weak. Legris lightweight and robust shut off fittings are used to safely isolate a circuit without venting the whole installation.

SENSOR FITTINGS

Compact Legris sensor fittings are useful to detect the end of travel of a cylinder. With pneumatic or electronic signaling mechanisms, they are specially designed for assembly on the machine's cylinder or valve. Their low exhaust back pressure makes them very easy to use.

FUNCTION FITTING ACCESSORIES
